The Kabacan Water District grants 5% discount to the monthly water utilization of senior citizens in compliance to the Republic Act 9994 otherwise known as the “Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010”. The applicant may avail the said discount provided that he/she must submit the requirements and comply with the terms and conditions stated hereinafter.

Requirements: Picture holding the latest newspaper (2 pcs. 2×2” picture)         Proof of residence (barangay certification)         Senior citizen’s id     Authorization letter (if applying through representative)         Government issued id (of the representative)         Terms and conditions of availment:                 The senior citizen applicant is an actual resident of the household.                 The consumption shall not exceed 30 cubic meters per billing month.                 This is granted by household regardless of the number of senior citizens living therein.                 The account is registered in the name of the senior citizen for a period of one year.                 That if approved, entitlement is good for one year effective on the date of approval and renewable on a yearly basis.
