The Kabacan Water District covers the entire area of the Municipality of Kabacan which is composed of 17 barangays and Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (BARMM) which is composed of 3 barangays. It presently serves the 20 barangays namely:

Barangay Aringay, Bangilan, Bannawag, Buluan, Cuyapon, Dagupan, Magatos, Katidtuan, Kayaga, Kilagasan, Lower Paatan, Malamote, Malanduague, Osias, Pedtad, Pisan, Poblacion, Salapungan, Sanggadong and Upper Paatan

As of August 2024, the total number of active service connections is 9,907 serving an estimated population of 49,535.
